What should you include if you're reporting a wrong date?

This tool gives people dates that decide whether they file a non-refundable government application, so an error report gets taken seriously and checked against the actual rule, not brushed off. If a result looks wrong, send:

• Your green card date and the naturalization path you selected.
• Every trip you entered, with departure and return dates.
• The date the calculator gave you, and the date you expected instead.

That is enough to reproduce the calculation and check it against the sources listed on the how it works page.
